Having financial difficulty?
HELPING HOMEOWNERS IS WHAT WE DO!
In the last year we have successfully helped over 70,000
people resolve their mortgage delinquency and avoid foreclosure.
Our Account Managers and Home Retention Consultants are highly
experienced and want to work with you to identify ways to resolve
your mortgage delinquency.
The first step in finding the best resolution option
is to gather some basic financial information.
To ensure
the information you provide is accurate please have documentation
to support your income (e.g. pay stub) and an itemized list of your
monthly expenses available for your reference. Upon submission you
will be asked to send the following documentation to support and validate
the financial information entered.
1) A hardship letter signed by all the borrowers requesting a loan workout. This letter must
include:
a) The reason for your current or foreseeable financial hardship
b) Confirmation that you currently occupy the property as your primary residence
c) Details regarding any alimony payment you are required to make
d) A statement that you do not have sufficient cash or other readily available assets
to make your monthly mortgage payments
2) Copies of documents to support your current gross monthly income. The documentation
required would include:
a) Your 2 most recent pay stubs
b) Proof of other income sources (For example: rental income, social security disability
or pension payments, etc.)
c) Your most recent income tax return
d) If documents for some or all of your income do not exist, you are required to
provide the following additional documentation:
i. A written explanation of why no documentation exists
ii. Your last 2 bank statements
This information will only be used for the purpose of determining eligibility for a
loan workout. Do not under report your gross income as this may make you
ineligible for a loan workout.
