On Suday, October 29,2006, Ocwen volunteers in West Palm Beach, Florida, rallied to paint the house of Maude Atis.
The home of this devoted full-time grandmother had reflected years of neglect and was the worst-looking house on the street. The awnings
were in disrepair and the house had not been painted in many years. That is because Ms. Atis, the homeowner, cares for her four
grandchildren single-handedly. Fourteen enthusiastic Ocwen employees, along with some family members volunteered to paint Ms.Atis' house
to improve the neighborhood and the community. As a result, the house is now one of the nicest homes on the street. Now, Maude Atis
and her family are proud of their home.
Ocwen employees made a difference to their family, their neighborhood and their community.

American Heart Association Walk-a-thon:
Dear Ocwen:
Thank you for your generous gift [comprised of contributions
from individual employees] to the American Red Cross of Central
Florida. We are so fortunate to have the strong support of
compassionate community members who give selflessly of their
time and money in order to make a difference in someone’s
life.
The American Red Cross helps individuals
and families rebound from devastating situations by meeting
their needs for food, clothing, shelter, counseling and much
more. It is this unwavering support of our community that
enables our chapter to respond to all types of emergencies,
including floods, hurricanes, single-family fires and other
natural and man-made calamities, many of which never even
make the news. Silent disasters can affect thousands, or just
a handful of families suffering after an apartment fire. Regardless
of whether the disaster makes headlines, the Red Cross is
there with the same crucial comfort and care that all disaster
victims deserve. To the families experiencing them –
there is no such thing as a small disaster – they are
equally devastating.
The American Red Cross of Central Florida
also makes our community safer by training over 25,000 people
in lifesaving skills such as first aid, CPR, use of automated
external defibrillators (AEDs), lifeguard training and pet
first aid.
Thank you for supporting your local Red Cross and helping
us accomplish so much for our community. Together we are making
a difference – together, we can save a life.
Sincerely,
Stevi Ritch Castleman

Children's Home Society of the Palm Beaches Food/Toy Drive:
Dear Ocwen Employees:
Thank you so much for again making the holiday wishes come
true for the clients of our Northwood Family Resource Center.
The staff that picked up the gifts relayed to me that the
number of beautiful gifts was just amazing. What lucky children
to receive these gorgeous gifts!
The Family Resource Center works to strengthen
families by increasing stability and self- sufficiency. Programs
promote children’s resiliency, encourage positive parenting,
improve literacy skills, and prevent child abuse and neglect.
Crisis intervention services are also available that include
emergency assistance with food, clothing and shelter. Holiday
gifts are such a welcome sight and give children an opportunity
to experience the joy and excitement of the season.
For 102 years, Children’s Home Society
of Florida has worked to protect children by building and
supporting health families. Again, I thank you for the outpouring
of love and concern for the less fortunate children and families
served by CHS.
Sincerely,
Jane Snell
Volunteer Coordinator
Children's Home Society of Florida
