Servicing Customer Commitment Plan.
Our processes are designed to help you keep current on your
mortgage loan, build equity in your home and improve your
credit rating. If you experience financial problems and have
difficulty making your mortgage payment, we will work with
you to evaluate the possible solutions to help you stay in
your home, if that is your desire.
We offer a wide variety of convenient contact and payment
options, including our automated telephone system, e-mail,
fax and Customer Relations agent assistance. To help ensure
your satisfaction we created the Office of the Ombudsman to
handle unresolved concerns and issues. If you are unhappy
with the servicing of your loan, or you do not feel that a
loan servicing issue has been resolved appropriately or to
your satisfaction, the Ombudsman will serve as your advocate.
We constantly strive to improve our practices and processes.
We want to ensure that we interact with you professionally,
fairly and appropriately. Reaching each customer in every
community is key to our success as a loan servicer. We work
closely with a number of local and national consumer advocacy
groups towards a common goal: We want to keep customers in
their homes and help preserve neighborhoods. We are proud

and Information Center (NTIC) and the National Fair Housing
Alliance (NFHA). Our relationships with these and other groups
bring a valuable customer perspective to our servicing business,
helping us better serve you.
