Family First Accident Protection –
provides family leave benefits to the insured or a
family member who takes a leave of absence or resigns from his or her job to
care for a covered family member injured in an accident.
It includes up to 75% of salary, up to 24 months, for a primary
insured (or immediate family member) who takes a leave of absence to care
for the family member, $250,000 cash benefit if the insured is totally and
permanently disabled after two years, Upgrade coverage available to
include $1,000 emergency room treatment that results in hospital admission
